We supply several designs of thermocouples to brick plants for use in various brick kilns. The faster bricks are fired in a kiln the lower the fuel consumption and energy costs can be saved. We have supplied thermocouples for a number of areas of brick manufacture including travelling thermocouples, air conditioning sensors, kiln control thermocouples and drying sensors.
Mainly type N and K themocouples are used in brick plants, often with Nicrobell/Pyrosil sheathing.
We make temperature sensors for the precast concrete curing process. Its critical that precast elements have good temperature control while they are cured to ensure they are cast to full strength. We have supplied sensors for precast items such as precast pipes and railway sleepers. We have also manufactured various drying room thermocouples.
